POLICY

Do to the artistic nature of this industry, I cannot offer a refund on salon services performed. However, if for some reason I should miss the mark or you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, you must notify me within three (3) days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, I do require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, I will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you as soon as possible to correct the service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within the two weeks of the initial service.

I cannot redo services if you have your hair worked on elsewhere before contacting me about any problems.
